Export Formats
Section titled “Export Formats”PNG (Recommended for Quality)
Section titled “PNG (Recommended for Quality)”- Type: Lossless compression
- Best for: Screenshots, graphics, text-heavy images
- File size: Larger
- Quality: Perfect pixel preservation
JPEG (Recommended for Photos)
Section titled “JPEG (Recommended for Photos)”- Type: Lossy compression
- Best for: Photos, gradients, web use
- File size: Smaller
- Quality: Configurable (1-100%)
Recommended quality settings:

HEIC (Apple Ecosystem)

- Quality: Excellent at lower file sizes
Note: Limited compatibility outside Apple ecosystem.
PDF Contact Sheet

- Layout: Grid of chunks on pages
- Use case: Printing, preview, sharing
- Metadata: Includes chunk numbers and dimensions

Quality Settings
Section titled “Quality Settings”JPEG Quality
Section titled “JPEG Quality”Slider from 1-100%:
- 1-50%: Visible artifacts, very small files
- 50-75%: Noticeable compression, small files
- 75-90%: Slight artifacts, balanced
- 90-100%: Near-lossless, larger files
Color Profile
Section titled “Color Profile”- Preserve original: Keep source color profile
- Convert to sRGB: Best for web compatibility
- Remove profile: Smallest file size
Metadata
Section titled “Metadata”Control what metadata is included:
- EXIF data: Camera settings, date, GPS
- Color profile: ICC profile data
- Copyright: Your copyright information
Options:
- Preserve all: Keep original metadata
- Strip all: Remove all metadata (smallest)
- Strip GPS only: Privacy-focused
Dimension Settings
Section titled “Dimension Settings”Scaling
Section titled “Scaling”- 100% (Original): No scaling applied
- 50%, 25%: Reduce output size
- Custom %: Any scale factor
Maximum Dimensions
Section titled “Maximum Dimensions”Limit output to specific dimensions:
- No limit: Original resolution
- Max width: Scale to fit width
- Max height: Scale to fit height
- Max both: Scale to fit within box
DPI/PPI
Section titled “DPI/PPI”Set output resolution:
- 72 DPI: Screen/web use
- 150 DPI: General print
- 300 DPI: High-quality print
Export Presets
Section titled “Export Presets”Save your favorite export configurations:

- Click Save as Preset
- Name your preset

Overwrite Handling

- Ask: Prompt for each conflict
- Overwrite: Replace existing files
- Skip: Keep existing, skip new
- Rename: Add suffix to new files
